Effortless Asparagus Salad Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
02 - 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced chives
03 - 1 pound of fresh asparagus
04 - 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

→ Dressing

05 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
06 - 3 tablespoons of creamy mayonnaise
07 - Salt and pepper, add as needed
08 - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water in a large pan. Add asparagus and cook just until bright green. Move them to cold water as soon as they're done.
02 - Mix together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and a bit of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
03 - Chop asparagus, if you'd like smaller pieces. Combine it with the eggs, bacon, chives, and toss everything in the dressing you made.
04 - You can cool it in the fridge if making in advance. Serve either chilled or just warm.
