Garlic Butter Asparagus Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - Salt and black pepper, for seasoning
03 - 1 bunch of asparagus
04 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
05 - 3 tablespoons of butter

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the asparagus under cold running water. Snap off the tough end of one spear, then line it up with the rest to cut off all their woody ends.
02 - Heat up a big pan on medium heat. Toss in the butter, olive oil, and minced garlic. Stir it around for about a minute.
03 - Throw in the asparagus, sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Stir it now and then for 5-7 minutes until it softens up and turns a rich green color.
04 - Take the asparagus out of the pan and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over it before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Squeezing a bit of fresh lemon juice on top before serving can add a nice touch.
02 - Keep leftovers stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to three days.
