Turn your oven on and set it to 375°F (190°C). Let it warm up.

In a big skillet over medium heat, pour in olive oil. Add the bell peppers and sliced onions, stirring them until they're soft and smell amazing—about 5-7 minutes.

Toss the sliced steak and garlic into the pan. Cook everything until the steak browns up well yet stays nice and tender. This takes around 4-5 minutes.

Slice the baguette longways, but don't cut it all the way through. Hollow out part of the soft inside to make room for the filling.

Fill the hollowed bread with the steak and veggie mix. Sprinkle a lot of cheese on top until fully covered.

Put the stuffed baguette on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and gets bubbly.
