Garlic Parmesan Meatloaves (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 450g ground chicken
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/4 cup milk
08 - Salt and pepper, use as you like
09 - 1 egg
10 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

11 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 1/4 cup marinara sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C and coat a muffin tin or small loaf pan with oil or non-stick spray.
02 - Stir together the chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a big bowl until everything’s combined.
03 - Scoop the mix into your prepared pans, pressing lightly to shape each portion evenly.
04 - Pop them in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. They’re ready when they’re golden and fully cooked.
05 - Take them out, spoon over a little marinara, and top off with some mozzarella.
06 - Put back into the oven for 5 more minutes, just enough to melt and bubble the cheese.
07 - Enjoy warm! Sprinkle extra parsley on top before serving, if you’d like.
