In a small bowl, toss the diced strawberries with sugar. Let them rest for around 5–10 minutes until they get nice and juicy. If you prefer, squash a few of the strawberries to get a mix of textures, but keep most of them chunky.

Divide the prepared strawberry mixture into your popsicle molds one spoonful at a time, making sure to use up all the strawberries.

Carefully fill each mold with lemonade. Don’t fill all the way to the top—leave some space for the liquid to expand when it freezes.

Cover the molds with their lid, slide in the popsicle sticks, and put them in the freezer until they’re frozen solid, which can take 4–6 hours or overnight.
