Chilled Yogurt Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt Bites

01 - 1 cup strained Greek yogurt or full-fat coconut yogurt
02 - 3 tablespoons smooth cashew or almond butter
03 - 3-4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
04 - 3 tablespoons protein powder (skip if you want)
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - 1 big pinch of sea salt
07 - Sprinkle of cacao nibs (totally optional)

→ Chocolate Coating

08 - 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or broken chocolate bar
09 - 1/2 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Put yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, protein powder if using, sea salt, and vanilla in a big bowl. Stir until it's all mixed up and smooth. Give it a taste and add more sweetness if you want.
02 - Spoon your mixture into molds, leaving about a third empty at the top of each space.
03 - Toss chocolate and coconut oil together in a small bowl. Melt it slowly using a double-boiler setup or pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, making sure to stir between zaps until it's all runny.
04 - Drizzle melted chocolate on top of each yogurt-filled section until you've used up the remaining space in each mold.
05 - Stick them in the freezer for 3-4 hours, then pop them out. Let them sit for a minute or two before eating so they're creamier.

# Notes:

01 - They'll keep in your freezer for up to two months in a sealed container.
02 - You need thick, strained yogurt or the treats won't set up right.
03 - Feel free to swap out cacao nibs with whatever mix-ins you fancy.
