Keto Chocolate Cottage Cheese Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
02 - 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons of your favorite keto-approved sweetener or Swerve
04 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

→ Setting Ingredient

05 - 3 tablespoons of water
06 - 1 teaspoon plain gelatin

# Instructions:

01 - Take a small bowl, add the water, and sprinkle the gelatin over it evenly. Let the gelatin soak up the water and get all wrinkled-looking. This step helps you get a mousse with the perfect texture, so don’t skip it!
02 - Throw the cottage cheese, cream, sweetener, and cocoa into your blender or food processor. Blend everything until it’s creamy and lump-free. Keep blending until it’s silky and smooth like a dream.
03 - Mix the soaked gelatin into the blended chocolate mixture, making sure it’s fully blended in. Spoon the mix into dishes and stick them in the fridge for at least 2 hours. You can eat it sooner if you want, but it’ll be more pudding than mousse.
