Chocolate Pistachio Dates (Print Version)

01 - 18 tender sukari dates
02 - 9 teaspoons nutty pistachio butter
03 - 75g rich dark chocolate couverture
04 - ¼ cup crushed pistachios

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the dates open lengthwise and take out the pits. Add ½ teaspoon of pistachio butter inside each one.
02 - Warm up the chocolate using a double boiler or in short bursts in your microwave until it's smooth and runny.
03 - Grab each filled date with tongs and dunk it in the melted chocolate, then lay it on a board lined with parchment.
04 - Scatter crushed pistachios over your chocolate-dipped dates. Stick them in the fridge for about 20 minutes so the chocolate hardens.
