Cinnamon Cheesecake Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sweet Cinnamon Mix

01 - ½ cup white sugar
02 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

→ Cheesecake Squares

03 - Two 8-ounce packs of refrigerated crescent roll sheets or dough
04 - 16 ounces of softened full-fat cream cheese
05 - ¾ cup sugar, granulated
06 - 1 egg, large
07 - 1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
08 - 3 tablespoons of butter, melted and not too hot

# Instructions:

01 - Stir cinnamon with sugar in a little bowl. Put it aside for later.
02 - Heat the oven to 350°F and place the rack in the center. Grease a 9×13 pan, then sprinkle 1 or 2 spoonfuls of the cinnamon sugar over the base.
03 - Take out one crescent roll tube, unroll it, and press the seams to form a big rectangle. Lay it across the base of the greased pan, covering the bottom evenly.
04 - Use a bowl to beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, then pour over the bottom crust and spread evenly.
05 - Roll out the second crescent dough pack, seal the seams like before, and gently place it to fully cover the cream cheese mixture.
06 - Drizzle the melted butter over the top crust, spreading it across evenly with a spoon. Sprinkle the leftover cinnamon sugar all over.
07 - Pop it in the oven for 26 to 30 minutes. When the top turns golden and puffy, let it cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate until cold, then slice into bars before enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to add toppings like whipped cream, chocolate, or caramel if you want.
02 - Keep extras in the fridge, wrapped up, and finish them in about 3 days.
