01 -
Stir cinnamon with sugar in a little bowl. Put it aside for later.
02 -
Heat the oven to 350°F and place the rack in the center. Grease a 9×13 pan, then sprinkle 1 or 2 spoonfuls of the cinnamon sugar over the base.
03 -
Take out one crescent roll tube, unroll it, and press the seams to form a big rectangle. Lay it across the base of the greased pan, covering the bottom evenly.
04 -
Use a bowl to beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, then pour over the bottom crust and spread evenly.
05 -
Roll out the second crescent dough pack, seal the seams like before, and gently place it to fully cover the cream cheese mixture.
06 -
Drizzle the melted butter over the top crust, spreading it across evenly with a spoon. Sprinkle the leftover cinnamon sugar all over.
07 -
Pop it in the oven for 26 to 30 minutes. When the top turns golden and puffy, let it cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate until cold, then slice into bars before enjoying.
