Sweet Pistachio Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 397g tin sweetened condensed milk
02 - 20g butter, unsalted
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 100g cream of pistachio

→ Outer Layer

05 - 100g finely diced pistachios

# Instructions:

01 - Combine condensed milk with unsalted butter and salt in a cooking pan. Set on medium flame.
02 - Stir continuously while heating until the butter completely dissolves into the mixture.
03 - Stir the pistachio cream in thoroughly until you can't see any streaks.
04 - Keep stirring as you heat until the mix gets thick and resembles soft fudge.
05 - Pour everything into a container and stick it in the fridge until firm, about 1-2 hours.
06 - After cooling, scoop about 1 tablespoon of mix and roll between your palms to create balls. If things get sticky, put a tiny bit of tasteless oil on your hands.
07 - Dip each sweet ball into the chopped pistachios, making sure they're fully wrapped. Do this with all your mixture.

# Notes:

01 - A well-chilled mixture shouldn't be too sticky, but you can always put a bit of plain oil on your hands if needed.
