Combine condensed milk with unsalted butter and salt in a cooking pan. Set on medium flame.

Stir continuously while heating until the butter completely dissolves into the mixture.

Stir the pistachio cream in thoroughly until you can't see any streaks.

Keep stirring as you heat until the mix gets thick and resembles soft fudge.

Pour everything into a container and stick it in the fridge until firm, about 1-2 hours.

After cooling, scoop about 1 tablespoon of mix and roll between your palms to create balls. If things get sticky, put a tiny bit of tasteless oil on your hands.

Dip each sweet ball into the chopped pistachios, making sure they're fully wrapped. Do this with all your mixture.
