Cut peeled bananas into thin rounds, around ⅛ inch thick, trying to keep the slices as uniform as you can.

Combine cinnamon with the sugar in a small bowl. Coat banana slices with the melted butter or coconut oil, then toss them in the cinnamon-sugar blend until they’re evenly covered.

Set your air fryer’s temperature to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up for a few minutes, about 3-5.

Place coated banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a bit of space between each one. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they turn crispy and golden.
