Set your waffle maker to medium-high so it cooks evenly and crisps everything up nicely.

Grab a mixing bowl and whisk up the eggs, grated cheese, and sliced green onions until everything blends together well.

Scoop some of the mixture into the hot waffle maker, spreading it out. Shut the lid and let it cook for around 5 minutes, or until it firms up. Keep going with the rest of the batter.

Eat them on their own or dress them up with honey butter, maple syrup, hot sauce, or a sprinkle of chili flakes. Mixing honey with red pepper flakes makes a tasty combo too!
