# Ingredients:

02 - 2 finely chopped green onions
03 - 3 eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Set your waffle maker to medium-high so it cooks evenly and crisps everything up nicely.
02 - Grab a mixing bowl and whisk up the eggs, grated cheese, and sliced green onions until everything blends together well.
03 - Scoop some of the mixture into the hot waffle maker, spreading it out. Shut the lid and let it cook for around 5 minutes, or until it firms up. Keep going with the rest of the batter.
04 - Eat them on their own or dress them up with honey butter, maple syrup, hot sauce, or a sprinkle of chili flakes. Mixing honey with red pepper flakes makes a tasty combo too!
