Effortless Chicken Salad BLT (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ripe avocado, cut into chunks
02 - 2/3 pint grape tomatoes, sliced in halves or quarters
03 - 4 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
04 - 8 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
05 - 1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped

→ Creamy Dressing

06 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
07 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, combine the yogurt with the mayo. Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning and pepper. Use a whisk to mix everything really well until it’s nice and creamy. This will coat all your ingredients with tons of flavor!
02 - Add the shredded chicken, green onions, and crunchy bacon pieces to your bowl. Mix it all together so that chicken and bacon are evenly coated. The inviting smell of bacon mixing with the dressing will be hard to resist!
03 - Carefully add the tomatoes into your bowl. Fold them in softly so they don’t lose their shape. You'll keep their fresh, juicy bite by being gentle.
04 - Take a spoonful and give it a taste. If you think it needs a little extra something, maybe a pinch of salt or a dash more seasoning will do the trick. It's all about your personal taste preference!
05 - Right before serving, dice up your avocado and either gently stir it into your salad or lay it on top. Store the salad in an airtight container and refrigerate for an hour if you can – the cold really brings out the flavors.
