Set your oven to 400ºF. Spray a rimmed baking sheet lightly with cooking oil or cover it with foil, then put it aside.

Coat each salmon piece with the honey mustard dressing you prepared.

Stir together butter (melted), panko crumbs, and parsley in a little dish until everything is moist and mixed well.

Evenly press the crumb mixture onto the top of each salmon piece.

Place the salmon on the prepared sheet and pop it in the oven. Bake for about 12 to 16 minutes, until the salmon flakes apart easily with a fork and hits 145°F inside. Once done, pull it out and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Enjoy while warm, right after baking.
