Effortless Honey Mustard Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets, washed and dried with a paper towel
02 - 1/3 cup of honey mustard dressing
03 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter
04 - 1/4 cup of plain or flavored panko breadcrumbs
05 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400ºF. Spray a rimmed baking sheet lightly with cooking oil or cover it with foil, then put it aside.
02 - Coat each salmon piece with the honey mustard dressing you prepared.
03 - Stir together butter (melted), panko crumbs, and parsley in a little dish until everything is moist and mixed well.
04 - Evenly press the crumb mixture onto the top of each salmon piece.
05 - Place the salmon on the prepared sheet and pop it in the oven. Bake for about 12 to 16 minutes, until the salmon flakes apart easily with a fork and hits 145°F inside. Once done, pull it out and let it cool for 5 minutes.
06 - Enjoy while warm, right after baking.

# Notes:

01 - Choose salmon pieces that are similar in size so they cook evenly.
02 - Keep the skin on while it's baking—it adds flavor and makes it easier to handle. Peel it off after if you’d like.
03 - Use a food thermometer to make sure the salmon is safe to eat. It’s done when it hits 145°F inside.
04 - Switch up the fresh herbs! Try basil, dill, rosemary, thyme, or tarragon for a different twist.
