Dark Chocolate Quinoa Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 ¾ cups puffed quinoa (50g)
02 - 2 ¼ cups oats (225g)
03 - 3 ½ ounces dark chocolate (100g), broken into small pieces

→ Sticky Elements

04 - ½ cup honey or maple syrup (150g)
05 - ½ cup melted coconut oil (100g)
06 - 2 tablespoons peanut butter

→ Add-ins

07 - ⅓ cup raisins (55g)
08 - 3 tablespoons shredded coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 180°C/350°F. Put baking paper in a 20x20cm (8x8 inch) square pan.
02 - Dump everything into a big bowl and stir until everything's mixed up nicely.
03 - Dump the mix into your lined pan and push it down firmly with a spoon to make it flat.
04 - Pop it in the oven for 15 minutes. Let it cool a bit before you cut it into bars.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap the puffed quinoa for puffed wheat or rice cereal if you want.
02 - Don't have dark chocolate chunks? Just throw in some chocolate chips instead.
