Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F (190°C).

Grab a big bowl and beat the soft butter with eggs and pistachio pudding until it's all smooth.

Slowly pour in the sugar cookie mix while stirring until you've got sticky dough.

Grease a 10 x 15-inch pan and spread your dough all the way to the sides.

Pop it in the oven for about 15-18 minutes or until you see golden edges. Let it cool completely before cutting.
