Pistachio Cookie Squares (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup soft butter, not salted
02 - 2 big eggs
03 - 3.4 oz pack of instant pistachio pudding
04 - 1 pack sugar cookie mix

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F (190°C).
02 - Grab a big bowl and beat the soft butter with eggs and pistachio pudding until it's all smooth.
03 - Slowly pour in the sugar cookie mix while stirring until you've got sticky dough.
04 - Grease a 10 x 15-inch pan and spread your dough all the way to the sides.
05 - Pop it in the oven for about 15-18 minutes or until you see golden edges. Let it cool completely before cutting.
06 - After it's cooled down, cut it up and dig into these soft, nutty squares!
