Effortless Salmon Avocado Feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon seasoning

01 - 4 skinless salmon pieces
02 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - A pinch of salt
05 - Paprika to your liking
06 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
07 - Pepper to suit your tastes
08 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice

→ Avocado and feta topping

09 - Diced avocado (1 large one)
10 - Feta cheese, crumbled (1/3 cup)
11 - 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced chives
12 - Juice squeezed from half a lemon
13 - 1 tablespoon chopped dill
14 - Pepper to suit your preference
15 - Salt as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with non-stick spray.
02 - In a small bowl, toss together the avocado chunks, crumbled feta, chives, and dill. Pour the lemon juice over it, and season with a little salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust it as needed, then cover and refrigerate.
03 - Blot the excess water off the salmon fillets using a paper towel. Arrange the pieces in the dish. Stir olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and dill together in a small bowl, then brush this onto the salmon. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and paprika over the top.
04 - Put the salmon in the oven and bake for about 10–12 minutes. It’s done when it’s flaky and cooked through.
05 - Take the salmon out of the oven and top it with the cool avocado-feta blend right before serving.

# Notes:

01 - If you're making side dishes, you can double the amount for the topping.
