01 - 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
02 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
03 - 1/2 cup mayo
04 - 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
05 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries
06 - 1/4 cup celery, chopped small
07 - 1/4 cup slivered almonds
08 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

09 - Salt and pepper for seasoning
10 - 8 small slider buns or dinner rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Toss chicken, mayo, mustard, cranberries, celery, red onion, almonds, and parsley into a big bowl. Stir well until everything's mixed smoothly.
02 - Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the salad. Give it a taste and tweak the seasoning if needed.
03 - Slice the buns in half horizontally. Toast them lightly if you'd like a bit of crunch.
04 - Scoop the chicken salad mix onto each roll and spread it evenly.
