Green Goddess Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing Base

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra-virgin
02 - 1 cup Greek yogurt, whole milk

→ Herbs & Aromatics

03 - 1 garlic clove
04 - 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
06 - 1 cup a mix of delicate herbs (mint, tarragon, dill, and/or cilantro)

→ Seasonings

07 - Freshly cracked black pepper as needed
08 - 2 teaspoons briny capers
09 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
10 - 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
11 - 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Add yogurt, parsley, leafy herbs, chives, garlic, lemon juice, lemon peel, olive oil, capers, salt, and black pepper to a food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Taste and tweak the flavors if needed.
02 - Use it as a dip or mix it into fresh salad greens. Keep leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to five days.

01 - This can make a fantastic dip, salad topper, or even a drizzle over grilled fish or chicken.
