Vanilla Bean Frappuccino (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
02 - 2 tablespoons of sugar (granulated)
03 - 1 cup of crushed ice
04 - ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum powder
05 - 1 cup full-fat milk
06 - Whipped cream on top (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Throw everything into a blender and give it a good mix. Blend until it's thick and smooth, which might take anywhere from a minute to three, based on your blender's power. Check the sweetness, add a bit more sugar if you like, then blend one more time.
02 - Scoop some whipped cream on top of your blended drink, then kick back and enjoy it!

# Notes:

01 - Makes just one cup, but feel free to double or even triple the amounts if needed!
02 - Want it sweeter? Stir in an extra ½ to 1 tablespoon of sugar after tasting.
