Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Prep

01 - 4 pieces of chicken breast, no skin or bones (roughly 1.5 lbs)
02 - 1 cup panko-style bread crumbs
03 - 1 cup plain flour
04 - 2 eggs, large
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - Add salt and black pepper as needed

→ Spicy Honey Glaze

09 - Half a cup of honey
10 - 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot sauce (pick your heat level)
11 - A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

→ For Garnish

12 - Half a cup crumbled feta cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (about 200°C). Get a baking tray and line it with parchment or give a baking rack a light spray of oil.
02 - Get three shallow dishes ready: Mix flour with spices and salt in one. Beat the eggs smooth in another. Put panko breadcrumbs in the last.
03 - Take one chicken piece at a time. Dust it with the flour blend, give it a dip in the eggs, then cover it in breadcrumbs. Press gently to help them stick.
04 - Place the coated chicken onto the tray. Let it bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping it halfway. Keep baking until it's crispy and hits 165°F (75°C) inside.
05 - While your chicken's in the oven, heat honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar on medium in a small pan. Stir well and tweak the spice to your taste.
06 - Once the chicken's done, drizzle that warm honey mixture over the top. Sprinkle some crumbled feta cheese right after so it softens just a bit.

# Notes:

01 - You’ll love how the spice and sweetness pair with creamy feta—comfort food vibes!
02 - Want more kick? Add cayenne to the flour blend or use a super-hot hot sauce.
03 - If there's any left, store it for 2 days in the fridge. Reheat it in the oven to keep it crispy.
