# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup blueberries
02 - ¼ red onion, finely chopped and soaked for 15 minutes
03 - 1 Persian cucumber, cut into small chunks
04 - ¼ cup freshly toasted walnuts
05 - 3 cups baby arugula
06 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
07 - 1 avocado, diced
08 - 1 champagne mango, diced after peeling and removing the seed

→ Lime Dressing

09 - 3 tablespoons high-quality olive oil
10 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
13 - 1 tablespoon roughly chopped cilantro
14 - A dash of cracked black pepper
15 - A pinch of fine sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine olive oil, lime juice, maple syrup, garlic powder, chopped cilantro, a sprinkle of sea salt, and some black pepper in a jar or small bowl. Whisk it well until it's nicely blended.
02 - Grab a big salad bowl and toss in the diced mango, cucumber, soaked onion, arugula, avocado chunks, blueberries, walnuts, and cilantro.
03 - Pour the dressing evenly over the salad, lightly toss to make sure everything's coated, and serve right away.
