Tzatziki Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tzatziki Sauce

01 - 1 cup and a couple tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt
02 - Half a cucumber, shredded
03 - 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
04 - A couple of tablespoons of olive oil
05 - Chopped dill, about 2 tablespoons worth
06 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your taste

→ Salad Components

07 - 2 cups of cooked and diced chicken
08 - Chopped romaine lettuce, around 2 cups
09 - 1 cup of grape tomatoes, sliced in halves
10 - Sliced pepperoncini peppers, half a cup
11 - Half a cup of sliced Kalamata olives
12 - A quarter cup of finely chopped red onion
13 - Crumbled feta cheese, about half a cup

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, blend the shredded cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, and chopped dill. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper and mix it into a smooth, creamy sauce.
02 - In a big salad bowl, combine your chopped romaine, sliced olives, halved tomatoes, sliced pepperoncini, and red onion, and give it a toss.
03 - Spread the diced chicken evenly on top of your tossed salad mixture.
04 - Spoon the creamy tzatziki sauce over the chicken and salad.
05 - Scatter some crumbled feta cheese across the top of your finished salad.

# Notes:

01 - To really bring out the flavor, let the tzatziki chill in the fridge for 3 hours or more so the ingredients can blend together.
