08 - Feta Cucumber Tzatziki from Good Foods

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400℉ and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.
02 - Spread the grated cheese evenly over the parchment to create a base.
03 - Layer the thinly sliced onions evenly over the cheese base.
04 - Use a pastry brush to coat the onions lightly with olive oil. Then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, dill, and black pepper.
05 - Place in the oven and cook for 25-35 minutes or until the middle is turning golden brown.
06 - Set aside for 10 minutes so the cheese can firm up.
07 - Snap the crispy chips into smaller pieces and pair them with the Feta Cucumber Tzatziki dip.

# Notes:

01 - The chips firm up more as they cool, so don’t worry if they’re a little soft right out of the oven.
