Peach Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Blend

01 - 2 cups of diced peaches (frozen or fresh)
02 - Half a cup of coconut-based yogurt
03 - Half a cup of almond or your favorite milk
04 - A dash (1/2 teaspoon) of vanilla

→ Extras You Can Add

05 - A tablespoon of agave syrup or maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter
06 - Peach slice to decorate
07 - A sprinkle of chia or flax seeds (1 tablespoon)
08 - A handful of ice cubes when using fresh peaches

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and chop them if they’re fresh. Frozen works as-is and has the bonus of chilling your drink without any extra ice.
02 - Put the peach pieces, almond milk, coconut yogurt, vanilla, and whatever extras you're using (like syrup, ice, or seeds) into your blender.
03 - Run the blender at full power until the mixture turns soft and creamy. Pause if needed to scrape down the sides with a spatula so no chunks get left behind.
04 - Take a sip to see how it is. Too thick? Add a splash of milk. Not as sweet as you like? Add more syrup. Blend again to mix it all up.
05 - Fill up a tall glass and serve. Add a peach slice or sprinkle some seeds on top if you want to make it fancy.

# Notes:

01 - The smoothie’s best right after you make it, but you can put it in the fridge for up to 8 hours. Just give it a quick stir if it separates!
02 - If you’ve got leftover smoothie, freeze it in an ice cube tray. Blend the frozen cubes later for a slushy treat.
03 - When fresh peaches aren’t great, using frozen ones can actually give more flavor.
