Peppercorn Steak Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp crushed black peppercorns
02 - ¼ cup heavy cream
03 - ½ tsp salt
04 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
05 - 2 tbsp butter
06 - 1 cup beef stock

# Instructions:

01 - Warm a small pan on medium heat. Toss in the butter and let it fully melt.
02 - Stir together the beef broth, mustard, cream, peppercorns, and salt until it’s all smooth and combined.
03 - Keep stirring while the sauce bubbles lightly for 5-10 minutes. It’s ready when it sticks gently to the back of your spoon.
04 - Take the pan off the heat to stop cooking. Pour the sauce over your steak or move it to a dish for serving.
