Yogurt Chocolate Mug Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Stuff

01 - 2 tablespoons whole grain flour
02 - 2 tablespoons plain cocoa powder
03 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (just a good pinch)

→ Wet Stuff

05 - 3 tablespoons milk (whatever kind you like)
06 - 2 tablespoons fat-free plain Greek yogurt
07 - 1 1/2 tablespoons real maple syrup
08 - 1 tablespoon nut butter (peanut works great)
09 - 2 tablespoons dark or semi-sweet chocolate pieces

→ Extras on Top

10 - Vanilla ice yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a 12-ounce mug that's microwave safe and dump in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Give everything a good stir so it's all mixed up nicely.
02 - Now pour in your milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and nut butter. Grab a fork and mix until everything looks smooth. Then toss in the chocolate pieces and fold them through.
03 - Put a paper towel under your mug in the microwave to catch any spills. Cook on HIGH for about 90 seconds. Stick a toothpick near the edge to check if it's done. You want a few moist bits on it. The middle should stay gooey.
04 - Don't dig in right away. Let it cool for at least 3 minutes because it keeps cooking and it's super hot at first. Add whatever toppings you want and eat it straight from the mug.

# Notes:

01 - Your microwave might cook differently and the shape of your mug matters too. Shorter, wider mugs cook faster than tall skinny ones.
02 - Want it super gooey? Just throw in another spoon of chocolate pieces.
