Put parchment paper into an 8-inch square pan and keep it close by for later.

Mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened coconut milk, and powdered sugar in a big bowl until it forms a chunky mixture.

Dump the mixture into the prepared pan. Press it down firmly and evenly with damp hands.
