# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 jumbo croissants
02 - 4 jumbo eggs
03 - ½ cup milk or dairy substitute
04 - Pinch of salt and pepper
05 - 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
06 - 1 cup warmed turkey sausage patties or veggie substitute
07 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (if you want)

→ Sweet Tangy Spread

08 - ¼ cup natural maple syrup
09 - 2 tbsp tangy Dijon mustard
10 - 1 tbsp apple vinegar
11 - 1 tsp powdered garlic
12 - ½ tsp cracked black pepper
13 - ½ tsp fine salt

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a small container and stir maple syrup, Dijon, apple vinegar, powdered garlic, pepper, and salt together till smooth. Put it aside for now.
02 - Break eggs into a bowl and beat with milk, adding salt and pepper. Heat butter in a pan on medium. Add the egg mix and gently stir until soft clumps form. Take off heat while eggs still look a bit wet.
03 - Get your pre-cooked turkey patties or veggie option hot in a pan over medium heat or follow what the package says until they're fully warmed.
04 - Cut croissants in half and quickly brown the cut sides in a dry pan or toaster until they're just crispy.
05 - Put some eggs on each croissant bottom. Add a sausage patty, pour some sweet tangy spread on top, and sprinkle cheese if you're using it. Put the croissant top on to finish.

# Notes:

01 - Eat right away while hot for the tastiest results. You can make the sweet tangy spread up to 3 days early and keep it in the fridge.
