Tangy White Chocolate Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Peel from 1 lemon, with extra for topping
02 - 60 ml squeezed lemon juice
03 - 240 ml whipping cream
04 - 56 g white chocolate chunks (or 60 ml white chocolate morsels)
05 - 2.5 ml pure vanilla
06 - 50 g plain sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Combine whipping cream, white chocolate, pure vanilla and sugar in a medium pot over medium flame. Stir often while bringing to a soft bubble. Keep bubbling for 5 minutes, constantly mixing.
02 - Take off the heat and blend in lemon juice and peel until everything's well mixed.
03 - Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then pour into your serving cups. Put in the fridge uncovered for at least 3 hours to set properly.
04 - Top with fresh lemon peel and white chocolate curls before you dish up. You can keep this treat covered in the fridge up to 5 days, but it's best when eaten within 3.
