Combine whipping cream, white chocolate, pure vanilla and sugar in a medium pot over medium flame. Stir often while bringing to a soft bubble. Keep bubbling for 5 minutes, constantly mixing.

Take off the heat and blend in lemon juice and peel until everything's well mixed.

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then pour into your serving cups. Put in the fridge uncovered for at least 3 hours to set properly.
