Carrot Oats Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ FOR OATS

01 - 1/2 cup gluten free oats with certification
02 - 1/2 cup almond milk
03 - 1 tsp chia seeds
04 - 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
05 - 1/4 tsp cinnamon
06 - 1/8 tsp nutmeg
07 - 2 tbsp grated carrots
08 - 1 tbsp pecans, chopped
09 - 1 tbsp raisins

→ FOR CHEESECAKE WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE

10 - 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
11 - 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
12 - 1.5 tbsp cream cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Put all the ingredients for oats in a jar or bowl. Mix well and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
02 - Heat white chocolate chips in microwave until they're melted. Stir in the Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese until everything's perfectly blended.
03 - Take out the oats from the fridge and top with the creamy cheese mixture. Put it back in the fridge to set overnight.
04 - When you wake up, sprinkle some extra carrot shreds and pecan bits on top before you dig in.
