Garlic Potato Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Potato Mix

01 - 2 big potatoes, skinned and diced
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1 tsp onion powder
04 - 1 tsp paprika
05 - Salt and pepper, as needed
06 - 4 tbsp cornstarch (add more if needed)
07 - Oil spray for cooking

→ Garlic Butter

08 - 100 g butter
09 - 2 tsp garlic powder
10 - Handful fresh parsley, chopped fine

# Instructions:

01 - Cut and peel your potatoes into cubes then boil them until soft enough for a fork to go through. Drain them well.
02 - Dump your soft potatoes in a bowl and add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mash everything until it's smooth. Mix in cornstarch until you get a thick, sturdy dough. You might need extra cornstarch to get it right.
03 - Take the potato mix and roll it into balls that are all about the same size. Put them in your air-fryer basket with some room between each one. Give them a light spray of cooking oil.
04 - Set your air fryer to 200°C and cook for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden and crunchy. Shake the basket now and then so they brown evenly.
05 - While your potato balls cook, throw butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley in a bowl that's safe for the microwave. Heat it in 30-second bursts, giving it a stir each time, until it's all melted.
06 - Put your crispy potato balls in a serving bowl. Pour your melted garlic butter on top and gently toss them around until they're all coated.
07 - Eat them right away while they're hot, and pour any leftover garlic butter on top for the best taste.

# Notes:

01 - Let your potato mix cool all the way before making balls if you want them extra crunchy.
02 - Adding cornstarch helps everything stick together and makes the outside nice and crispy.
