# Ingredients:

→ Chocolate Yogurt Base

01 - 1 cup creamy plant-based yogurt (made from coconut or almonds)
02 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
04 - 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
05 - 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
06 - 1/2 tsp finely ground sea salt

→ Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

07 - 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
08 - 1-2 tbsp plain plant milk
09 - 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
10 - 1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract
11 - 2 tbsp finely ground almond flour
12 - 1 tbsp ground oat flour
13 - 2 tbsp protein powder (plain or vanilla)
14 - 1/4 tsp finely ground sea salt
15 - 1/4 cup tiny vegan chocolate chips

→ Chocolate Coating

16 - 3/4 cup plant-based chocolate chips
17 - 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the almond butter with plant milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl until well blended. Stir in the almond flour, oat flour, protein powder, and sea salt. Keep mixing until you get a soft dough. Add the tiny chocolate chips and fold them in. Shape into 8 little balls and pop them in the freezer while you work on the base.
02 - Combine the plant yogurt with cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt in a big bowl. Mix everything until you've got a smooth, thick blend.
03 - Divide the chocolate yogurt mix into 8 equal portions. Gently press each portion down a bit, put a frozen cookie dough ball in the middle, then stick them in the freezer for 45 minutes to firm up.
