# Ingredients:

01 - Around 8 oz of feta, cut into chunks about an inch wide
02 - A half cup of roasted red peppers, coarsely chopped
03 - 1/4 cup of good-quality olive oil
04 - Juice from half a fresh lemon
05 - 2 tsp of sweet paprika powder

→ Garnish

06 - Fresh basil, chives, or sliced green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Add the feta chunks, olive oil, red peppers, lemon juice, and paprika to your food processor. Blend them together until the texture is smooth and creamy.
02 - Spoon out the mixture into a bowl, sprinkle with basil, green onions, or chives on top. Pair it with sliced baguette, tortilla chips, or warmed pita bread.
