Effortless Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Rollups

01 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or use any melting cheese you like)
03 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ For the Garlic Butter

04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced finely
06 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ For Garnish (Optional)

08 - Extra grated Parmesan for topping
09 - Chopped fresh parsley leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lay out a sheet of parchment paper on your baking tray to keep the rolls from sticking.
02 - Open the crescent roll can and gently pull apart the dough into eight pre-cut triangles.
03 - Sprinkle each triangle with a handful of mozzarella and a little Parmesan. The more cheese, the better, so pile it on!
04 - Starting at the widest side, roll up the triangles tightly toward the narrow tip. Pinch any stray cheese inside and set them seam-side down on your tray.
05 - In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, Italian herbs, and salt until everything is blended well.
06 - Brush each roll generously with the garlic butter mixture. Keep some aside if you want extra to brush on after baking.
07 - Bake the rollups for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden-brown and the cheese starts to bubble out a bit.
08 - After baking, brush on the leftover garlic butter, then sprinkle with parsley and more Parmesan if you like. Serve hot while the cheese is still gooey!

# Notes:

01 - Want a twist? Add a piece of ham or a slice of pepperoni in each roll before you wrap them up.
02 - They taste great reheated! Just warm them in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes to make them crisp and delicious again.
03 - Serve alongside marinara sauce or ranch dip for an extra tasty snack.
