Berry Chia Mix Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
02 - 3/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
03 - 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
04 - 1/2 tsp vanilla
05 - 1/4 cup chia seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Toss raspberries, milk, syrup and vanilla into a blender and mix until completely smooth.
02 - Transfer the smooth mixture to a bowl and sprinkle in chia seeds, then whisk thoroughly until everything's mixed well.
03 - Let it firm up in the fridge for at least an hour or leave it overnight.
04 - Top with whatever extras you like before eating.

01 - You can make this treat up to 5 days ahead and keep it in the fridge.
