01 -
If your chicken isn’t pre-cooked, cook it however you like—grill, bake, or fry. Once it's cooked all the way through, shred it up using two forks. Fry your bacon to your preferred crispiness, then crumble it into small bits.
02 -
Get a large bowl and toss in the shredded chicken, crispy bacon bits, cheeses, and Caesar dressing. Add in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until the dressing evenly coats the ingredients.
03 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
04 -
Sprinkle some flour on your surface and roll the pizza dough into a rectangle shape, about 12×8 inches. Don’t worry if it’s not perfectly measured!
05 -
Spread the filling mixture along the center of the dough while leaving a border around the edges. Fold the longer sides of the dough over the mixture so they overlap, and pinch the ends shut. Flip it over so the seam faces down.
06 -
Place the wrapped dough on the prepared tray, seam-side down. Use a pastry brush to lightly coat the top with olive oil. Slide it into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until you see a golden crust and bubbling cheese.
07 -
Once out of the oven, give it about 5 minutes to cool down a bit—it's super hot inside! Then slice it into portions and enjoy while it's warm and cheesy.
