Egg Avocado Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ ripe avocado
02 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
03 - ⅛ teaspoon powdered garlic
04 - 1 slice wholegrain bread
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Optional)
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped green onion (Optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the wholegrain bread into a toaster or warm it in a small pan. Let it sit until it's firm and cool enough to handle.
02 - Grab a small bowl and throw in the avocado with black pepper and powdered garlic. Smash it all up with a fork until you get the texture you want.
03 - Spray a small nonstick pan or add a tiny bit of olive oil. Drop the egg in once it's hot and let it cook without touching until the whites set and get crispy around the edges, roughly 3 minutes. Take it off the heat.
04 - Smear the avocado mix on your cooled bread, then put the egg on top. Add hot sauce and green onions if you're feeling fancy.

# Notes:

01 - You can use the same fork for mashing and spreading the avocado onto your toast.
02 - Make sure your toast cools a bit before adding avocado or it'll turn mushy.
