Granola Yogurt Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Granola Mix

01 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
02 - 1 1/2 cups of oats, rolled
03 - A tiny pinch of salt
04 - 1/3 cup maple syrup
05 - 1/2 tsp vanilla
06 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

→ Extras

07 - Chia seeds (optional)
08 - Your favorite yogurt
09 - Fresh fruits

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F (175°C). Rub a bit of coconut oil into 6 muffin pan spots to keep things from sticking.
02 - In a big bowl, throw in the oats, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until it's all mixed together well.
03 - Split the blend between the 6 greased muffin spots. Use your fingers or the back of a spoon to push down and leave a little pocket in the middle.
04 - Pop the pan in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, until you notice the edges turning golden. Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then softly free each cup with a knife edge and let them cool off fully on a rack.
05 - Scoop some yogurt into the cooled cups. Top them with fresh fruit, chia seeds, or any other goodies you love.

# Notes:

01 - Keep these in a sealed container, and they'll stay good for around 5 days.
02 - Let the cups cool all the way before putting yogurt inside if you want them to be sturdier.
