Pineapple Habanero Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Peppers & Fruit

01 - 5-6 roughly cut habanero peppers
02 - 2 cups diced fresh pineapple

→ Herbs & Seasonings

03 - 1 bunch clean cilantro leaves
04 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Liquids

05 - Fresh juice squeezed from 1 lime
06 - 1 cup white vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Throw all your stuff into a food processor and run it until everything turns smooth.
02 - Pour the mixture into a pot and let it bubble gently on low heat for 15 minutes.
03 - Let your sauce cool down completely, then run it through a strainer if you want it smoother.
04 - Fill clean bottles with your finished hot sauce and keep them in the fridge until you need them.

# Notes:

01 - You'll get an island-bright flavor with plenty of kick in this sauce. Use fewer habaneros if you can't handle too much heat.
02 - The sauce stays good in your fridge for about 3 weeks.
